The host was insanely helpful, always available to give advice and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and surprisingly quiet despite being in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better, just minutes away from major attractions and the metro station. The host gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and even helped us purchase tickets online. The bathroom was spacious and the fresh towels were a nice touch. our stay was perfect and we would definitely return if we're back in town.

Reasonably large hotel with great and fantastic location adjacent to all the tourist sites and the main shopping streets, and most of Rome's attractions and the Coliseum, the Vatican and the subway station. Such great experience there...

Title: Loved the location and the shared lounge! Who doesn't enjoy a bit of high-end shopping nearby? The bus stop just 50 meters away was a real treat. And the safety features. I mean, who doesn't love a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit? So thoughtful.
Such a shame about the annoying receptionist.

The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast, which were nice perks during my stay. The location of the hotel was superb, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance.- I particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds, which provided a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.
The staff's attitude was quite rude from the start. The lack of staff presence throughout my stay was also concerning, especially considering the additional charges for late check-out.

Perfect location, I could do my high-end shopping on foot , and a bus stop was conveniently close. The shared lounge was a great place to relax.
The fire extinguisher was missing in my room, I guess they thought I wouldn't set anything on fire while there. How considerate.

As a senior woman, I absolutely loved the cozy and charming ambiance of the hotel. The decorations were elegant and gave the place a lovely, homely feel. The common areas were well-kept and accessible, making it easy for me to navigate around. The hotel's central location was also a significant advantage, as it allowed me to explore the main attractions of Rome with ease.
I would have appreciated if there were more designated staff members to assist senior guests like myself. While the existing staff was friendly and helpful, there were times when they seemed overwhelmed and unable to provide immediate assistance.

Ripetta Central Suites was a fantastic value for the money, with clean and comfortable rooms that looked just like the photos. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and with a metro station just a short walk away. The staff, especially the owner, Donato, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to visit and making our stay unforgettable.
The breakfast option could have had a wider selection, though this is not uncommon in many places in the city.
